Please read and accept these Terms and Conditions before booking the apartment.
When the client arrives, the apartment will be clean and in good condition. There will be one set of towels and bed linen for each confirmed guest.
25% of the total rental fee is to be paid as a deposit to reserve the apartment. The remainder of the amount shall be paid within 14 days of arrival. If the rental is made on short notice, special agreements will be made between both parties. With payments through travel agencies 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
Rental fee:
The rental fee includes the right to use the apartment and all equipment contained within it. It also gives access to all common areas of the complex for the duration of the client’s stay. One cleaning per week and on check-out is included in the rate. More cleanings can be done if you wish so.
The consumption of electricity is to be paid by the client directly to the site manager before leaving the apartment (in Reais, we don't accept credit cards or cheques). Currently the rate is R$1.25/Kwh.
Number of persons/guests:
The total number of guests moving in shall not exceed 2 in a 1 bedroom apartment, 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment or 2 bedroom penthouse and 6 in a 3 bedroom penthouse. Violation of this will lead to the immediate termination of the rental without any compensation. Only our registered guests are allowed to enter Ocean View, visitors are not permitted.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is from 3PM, Check-out is at 12AM.
The client will receive one set of keys at Check-in which shall be returned to the site manager on the day of Check-out.
Guest’s right to change or cancel the booking:
The client can change or cancel a booking up to 28 days before their arrival at the apartment. If this
happens the deposit is not refundable.
Changes or cancellation within 28 days of arrival is not possible. If this happens all monies paid are nonrefundable.
The booking is not transferable without written approval.
Client’s responsibility:
The client agrees to
· Take care of the environment inside and out
· Not todisturb the neighbours
· Not to smoke inside the apartment
· Not to bring animals on to the property
· Not to bring any kite equipment into the apartment (we have kite lockers)
· Compensate the condominium administrator if any damage on the property or to the equipment occurs
· Register the correct number of guests when making a reservation and to state their correct personal information
· For safety reasons, not to bring unauthorized persons onto the property
· Abide by the condominium rules
A breach of any of these rules may mean the immediate termination of the rental without any compensation.
Acceptance of terms of rental:
By booking and paying for the apartment, the client acknowledges and accepts the Terms and Conditions of Rental of the apartment.
